1. Shipping Methods

Due to the size and weight of our products — including shipping containers, tiny homes, container pools, and chassis — all orders are shipped via freight/flatbed truck delivery. Standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) are not used for container deliveries. Smaller accessories may ship via standard carriers.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Containers (20ft–40ft): 5–10 business days
• Large Containers (45ft–53ft): 7–15 business days
• Tiny Homes & Custom Builds: 2–6 weeks depending on customization
• Container Pools: 7–14 business days
• Chassis: 5–10 business days
• Accessories: 3–7 business days via standard shipping

Timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Delivery Requirements

Please ensure the delivery site is accessible for a large flatbed truck. You are responsible for:

• Providing a clear, level delivery area
• Ensuring adequate space for truck maneuvering
• Having equipment available if crane or forklift offloading is needed
• Being present or having a representative available at time of delivery

6. Damaged Shipments

Inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival. If damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
