Refund policy

30-Day Return Window: Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. The product must be in its original, unmodified condition.

Eligible Returns: Product returned within 30 days · Significantly different from description · Major structural transit damage · Duplicate or incorrect order shipped. Returns are NOT accepted for minor cosmetic variations on used containers or custom-built orders.

How to Initiate: Email Info@containersalesone.com or call (310) 464-7776 with your order number and photos. We review within 3–5 business days.

Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Cancellations: Within 24 hours = full refund. After 24 hours = up to 15% restocking fee. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Non-Returnable: Custom/modified containers · Installed or permanently altered products · Orders past the 30-day window.
