4. Orders & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
• Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a restocking or processing fee of up to 15%
• Custom or modified orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud

5. Delivery & Risk

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and safe for freight delivery. Container Sales One is not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
