By using containersalesone.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Prices are in USD and subject to change. Full payment required at checkout. Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery.

Cancellations: Within 24 hours = full refund. After 24 hours = up to 15% fee. Custom orders non-cancellable once production begins.

Limitation of Liability: Container Sales One is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.

Governing Law: State of Utah, United States. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration.
